Interactive Symptom Report Tool Now Available
Living with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) can make it difficult to explain symptoms clearly, especially when they change or do not follow predictable patterns.
To support this, Healing Horizons for FND has introduced an interactive Symptom Report Tool.
This tool is designed to:
- help organize symptoms in a clear, structured way
- support recognizing patterns over time
- make it easier to communicate experiences, if and when someone chooses to share
There is no pressure to complete every section.
The tool can be used at your own pace, revisited over time, and adapted as needed.
