Teens (13-17) Menus
Teens experience functional neurological symptoms alongside academic pressure, social stress, and growing autonomy. Support tools for this age group must be respectful, non-infantilizing, and choice-based.
Effective coping tools for teens:
- avoid “childish” language
- emphasize autonomy and consent
- support regulation without pressure
Coping Menus for Teens (13-17)
We are developing teen-specific coping menus that use the same core strategies as our general resources, adapted with teen-appropriate language and visuals.
While these age-specific menus are being finalized, teens and their supporters can access our 8 core coping menus in Get Support → Coping Menus.
Teen-adapted versions will be added gradually as part of our phased program rollout.
