Programs & Events

Our programs and events are designed to keep people informed, connected, and supported. Whether they participate online or in person. From peer support groups to learning workshops and organizational updates, this hub brings everything together in one place.

What We’re Building

Healing Horizons for FND is building a support ecosystem designed around the realities of Functional Neurological Disorder, where symptoms, capacity, and participation can change day to day.

Our programs and resources are being developed with the following principles:

  • Accessibility first: low-stimulus design, optional participation, and clear communication
  • Capacity-aware participation: no pressure to attend, speak, or perform
  • Education before engagement: clear information provided prior to any live support offerings
  • Safety and boundaries: peer support and navigation only — not medical advice or treatment
  • Lived-experience informed: shaped by real-world understanding of FND variability

Live support groups and programs will be launched gradually as infrastructure, safeguards, and capacity allow.

We are developing programs and peer-led support groups designed to create safe spaces to connect, learn, and share experiences. These offerings are being built to be welcoming, accessible, and focused on practical support for people living with FND and those who care about them.

Groups and upcoming program opportunities will be shared here as they become available.

We are developing workshops and events focused on learning, practical skill-building, and community connection. As HHFFND builds its programming, future workshops may feature clinicians, researchers, and lived-experience speakers and will be offered in ways that respect pacing, accessibility, and fluctuating energy levels.

Information about upcoming workshops and special events will be shared here as they become available.

This space will share organizational milestones, new resources, partnerships, and updates related to HHFFND programming and the broader FND community.

As HHFFND prepares to launch programs and initiatives, updates will be posted here as they become available.
