Expression & Creativity Menus

Expression and creativity menus are designed to support regulation, processing, and grounding through simple physical or creative actions, without requiring emotional analysis, interpretation, or performance.

These menus focus on movement, external expression, and physical engagement as ways to support nervous system regulation. They can be used alone or alongside other coping tools, depending on needs.

How These Menus Are Used

Expression and creativity menus offer optional activities that can be used when rest, stillness, or quiet grounding is not accessible, or when physical or creative engagement feels more supportive.

Individuals may choose one activity, repeat the same activity, or stop at any point. There is no expectation to complete a menu or produce a result.
